Unfortunately, we cannot offer scholarships due to NCAA regulations. Our affiliation with NCAA coaches and schools puts us in a position where any scholarship money can be seen as an inducement to a future collegiate athlete. This puts our coaches and our host universities in jeopardy of damaging their status with the NCAA and incurring penalties at the hands of their organizing body.

We do not provide transportation to or from camp. If you are flying, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
As you prepare for camp, it is suggested that you bring the following items:
- Soccer Cleats

- Shin Guards
- Sandals
- Tennis Shoes/Indoor Shoes
- Water Bottle
- Sunscreen/Sunblock
- Inhaler, etc.
- Keeper gloves (if applicable)

We do not provide lunch for campers at Full Day or Cubs Camp. We will offer concessions twice a day and provide water at all field stations.
For ID and Elite Residential Camps, we do provide lunch and/or dinner as well as concessions.
A certified Athletic Trainer is present at all times.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at the time of registration to reserve your spot at camp. If you have paid in full at registration, a full refund will be given (minus the non-refundable deposit) if cancellation request is received in writing 14 days or more before camp begins. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN THE 14 DAYS BEFORE CAMP BEGINS FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING COVID, SICKNESS, AND INJURY RELATED REASONS. All cancellations must be requested in writing and be emailed to mercerwsoccer@gmail.com and include the name of the player as well as the reason for cancelling.
T.E.E.S ID Camp shall not be liable or responsible for failure, cancellation, suspension, postponement, delay, or shortening in services resulting from a Force Majeure Event, inclusive of causes beyond it’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to: acts of God; field closures; equipment failure; war; terrorism; riot; acts of civil or military authorities; epidemics; floods; fires; unusual severe weather conditions (including excessive rain and lightning); accidents; or other contingencies the non-occurrence of which was a basic assumption on which the registration was made.
As an outdoor soccer camp we are at the mercy of the weather. Every effort will be made to complete all camp sessions outside. In the event of inclement weather, campers will be sheltered in a safe building. There are no rain checks or refunds due to weather.
Our event offers Allianz Registration Protection insurance. For an additional fee, this insurance refunds your full registration fee if camp is held but you cannot attend or must leave early due to a covered injury or illness.
